**When I first wrote this post, Avon had not yet launched the major digital campaign that we now have. Keep- in mind that old selling methods will always have something magical that works within them. We definitely have gotten a chance to adapt to digital Avon and online selling techniques for success.**
I’ve been selling AVON now for over a year. During that year, we’ve had some operational changes in management. Those changes have been wonderfully helpful in having a successful Avon business. There are more than a few ways to be successful with Avon once you find what works best for you. Stay with me for the 5 top ways that Avon helps you succeed.
1.) Advertising materials are free. Just grab a selfie light.
From the labels you need to place on your brochures, the postcards needed for new reps, business cards, flyers, AVON car decals and more. AVON makes sure that you have all the tools necessary to market your business. Plus…social media is free!
Snoop around your back office and into the sales tools sections. Currently, Avon has shifted focus to digital sales. I have to say, using the Avon Social App is complete necessary now.
Update: Avon Social MUST be used to post content to your Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest page. If you have a Pinterest Avon page, you’re on the right track to getting more sales.
2.) All of your estore pages and content link back to you.
Some home based direct sales businesses only have certain pages linked to you. It’s safe to say that I’m not impressed by any other direct sales platform but Avon. AVON’s blog pages, product pages, skin advisor surveys, influencer programs, sales, new launches, everything is linking to you and your business when they receive website attention.
In the past, once a visitor got past the first few pages, they were directed to the main site and away from yours. Not anymore! If you navigate to my Become An AVON rep page, my name is in the search bar (at the very end of the link). This means you’ll never have to worry about not receiving credit for new reps or sales.
3.) A personal relationship with other Avon sales reps.
With a company as big as AVON, there are sales reps in every town. This is great when you’ve run out of a certain product or need extra brochures. I decided to connect other Avon Ambassadors through my Gorgeous Avon Reps team. These ladies all bring talents to the table that exceed most business aspirations. Not to mention they all truly do love Avon. You have to love it to be a successful Avon Brand Ambassador.
4.) Many positions within the AVON family are salaried and hourly positions.
The opportunity to rise within the company is there for those who have a special knack for connecting and marketing. Do you have an unusual sense for detail and creativity?
Many Avon execs work online connecting with us on social media. It’s nice to have your company like, share, comment, and praise you for your photos and lifestyle.
5.) The website customization for your estore is easy and beautiful.
