Top 5 Full Coverage Makeup Musts For Budget Girls Who Look Like A Million Bucks

If you’re a frugal Mom like me, this is for you. Let me remind everyone that frugal DOES NOT mean cheap, We may think twice about big purchases but we’re the ones everyone wants to borrow money from because we typically always have it. The following list is based on customer reviews and other Representative reviews and favorites, but also that of expert MUA to the stars, Kelsey Deenihan

Highlight & Bronze Moonlit Glow

I really can’t keep this stuff in stock as much as I’d like. I can tell it’s a hot seller so I’ve started to buy them 2-3 at a time. What I love, love about this shimmer compact is how multi-functional it is. I’ve often used the Quartz to set my under eye concealer. Then I dab my beauty blender over it and use the setting spray to complete the look. I use the Topaz color to swipe across my jawline and neck for contour. Catching myself in the mirror at work is always a treat after this one. I’m glowing but not obviously. Just enough that when the light hits my face, it’s strikingly beautiful.

With this product we can contour and highlight without looking like a unicorn. It’s never more than $12. I use both and it gives a subtle shimmer in the Topaz and a slightly higher contrast shimmer in the Quartz.

Magix Wand Foundation Stick *New Launch*

Honestly the entire Magix line is amazing. Nothing is beating this foundation stick though. NO lines, full coberage with one dab of my makeup puff. Cover + perfect + blur with the simple wave of our Magix Wand. The long-wearing, multi-use foundation stick—and a few sleight-of-hand tricks—deliver complexion perfection. The secret? A high-pigment, light-as-air formula creates a smooth canvas, perfects tone and blurs flaws leaving a soft demi-matte finish.

Mattitude Liquid Lipstick

Mattitude comes in  8 beautiful shades and every last one of them is flawless. My personal favorite is Devoted. What I love about these lippies is how smooth they go on for them to be a liquid matte lip. A little goes a long way with this one. It dries in a matter of seconds but also still feels like a smooth application. The wand is a doe foot applicator tip that’s slanted and helps me to apply it easily when I’m driving.

True Color Makeup Setting Spray

Instantly sets makeup. Microfine mist dries quickly to an invisible finish. Helps set your foundation, blush, and eye makeup in place without drying out skin. A few spritz of this one and my concealer is set all day and even into the morning if I forget to wash my face before bed.  I use this setting spray religiously. The only thing I’d recommend is not to spray more than a few times to set the makeup. Remember that it’s a film that’s covering and setting your face. Too much of anything is never good. But this is hands down the best makeup setting spray I’ve ever had.

2-in-1 Lip Tattoo Lip Line & Fill Duo

Available in 6 shades, I’ve tried every one of them. The line color around the tattoo pen is an exact match to actual color. It doesn’t last all day on my thick lips but it’s definitely smudge proof. Avon reviews and information describe it as weightless, vegan, moisturizing, Infused with sunflower seed oil to help hydrate lips. Outline lips using the liner and fill using the opposite end. This one didn’t dry my lips at all but again, it definitely doesn’t last all day. Beautiful colors though and covered the dark spots on my lips.
